How to setup and connect your Sony Playstation Portable (PSP)

A key component of any digital home audio set-up is the ability to remote control your music from anywhere in the house. Rather then using a traditional hard button remote, Media Maestro MIni allows you to control your music using a PSP

The following steps must be completed on a PSP that is attached to the same network as your Maestro Media Server.

Step 1: Enable Flash on your PSP

Select Settings from the PSP Main Menu

Select System Settings

Select Enable Flash Player

Follow the On screen prompts

Open Your PSP Internet browser

Select Tools from the bottom toolbar

Select Settings

Select View Settings

Set Flash to ON

Step 2: Turn off your web cache

Open your PSP’s web browser

Press the triangle

Select tools (toolbox on the footer)

Select Settings

Select Cache Settings

Select "Do Not Use" for the Cache Size

Select OK

Press the Circle to return to your browser

Step 3: Enter your Media Maestro Mini URL

Your Maestro Mini URL is the same as your Maestro LSX URL.

When prompted select Small Screen.

You can view your Maestro URL at any time by selecting to Edit Server Options on your Media Maestro Server. (A)

Media Maestro Server can also create a shortcut for you that can be copied to other Windows devices. (B)

Step 4: Enjoy your tunes

Test your connection by selecting a Playlist or Track for play.
